Originally built by Dr. H Hawkins Hampton and his first wife, Martha Elizabeth (Bessie) Griffeth, the house was home to the Hampton family and it was used to treat Dr. Hampton\u2019s patients. The home received a complete renovation in 2008 and was added onto in 2012 to accommodate 20 residents. Under the new ownership of Edwin Hart and Tripp Strickland, it remains true to the classic revival style that makes the home truly stand apart from the other senior communities in the
