Licensed Personal Care Home (PCH)
We offer private and shared accommodations with full bathrooms in our beautiful, historic Southern stately mansion. Residents receive 24-hour oversight and assistance, along with 3 meals a day plus snacks. The meals are prepared with a delicious southern home cooking flair and
are served family style in the dining room. In addition, we offer:
- Personal Care (showering, dressing,
toileting, incontinence management,
hygiene) - Mobility Assistance
- Medication Management
- Housekeeping and Laundry
- Social and Recreational Engagement
- Transportation to Medical Appointments
A careful assessment and personalized service plan is developed by our Health Care Professionals and delivered by our dedicated, compassionate, and trained personal care assistants. We collaborate with numerous other Health Care Professionals who deliver their services by coming to the Hampton House. Providers such as Physician/Nurse Practitioner, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Mobile X- ray, Home Health Care, and Hospice agencies enjoy delivering quality service while bringing value and convenience to our residents and families.

Hampton House Licensed Private Home Care
When you wish to remain in your home, but require support and assistance to do so safely, we now offer the following services in determined blocks of time needed day or night (minimum of 3 hrs. per visit up to 24 hrs.):
- Companion/Sitter
- Personal Care
- Home Management
- Housekeeping, Laundry
- Meals (shopping and preparation)
- Medically related activities
- 1) Arranging and accompany to medical appointments
- 2) Medication set-up and reminders
- -3) Documenting vital medical information
- Nursing Services by a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Social and Recreational Engagement
Our goal is to help you remain as independent as possible in your home by
helping with the essential activities of daily living. You will have peace of mind knowing your needs are met by someone who really cares.
Hampton House Short-Term Respite Care Day and Night
When you may not be ready for long-term care but need more time and support in regaining your previous level of functioning before returning home following a hospitalization or rehabilitation, we may be able to accommodate a short stay. Or should a family caregiver need to schedule time away to attend a much-needed vacation, family function, or tend to a medical issue of their own, we are here for you. We also offer partial day and night services to best supplement supervision and support when a family caregiver has other obligations.
